Your Personal Data and Privacy are not for sale

Graffito is not in the business of renting or selling your personal information to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Graffito uses and discloses your personal information only as follows:

  • to analyze site usage and improve the Service;
  • to deliver any notices and/or communications relevant to your use of the Service;
  • to enforce Graffito's Terms of Use; and
  • as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy.

We limit the collection of personal information

Certain features of the Site or the Service may require registration, which involves providing your name, email address and a password (together the “Registration Information”). From time to time we may request other personal information to provide you with other benefits of the Service. In all such instances, you will be given the opportunity to provide or to decline to provide that information, and it will be used only for the stated purpose.

Use of uploaded OFX and QFX data

In order to benefit from the full functionality of the Service, you must upload a copy of your credit or debit card statement in the form of a Quicken QFX file or a Microsoft Money OFX file. No personal information is collected and/or stored from these files, including account numbers. The Site collects the date, merchant, amount and transaction ID for each purchase (collectively the "Statement Data") listed on your statement for your use with the Service. You always have the option to remove any purchase and the associated Statement Data at any time. Once the file upload process is complete the file is securely and permanently deleted from our servers.

Changes to your personal information

If your Registration Information changes during your subscription to the Site, you may update it any time via the Service.

Online session information is never shared and only used to improve our site

When you visit the Site, we may collect technical and navigational information, such as computer browser type, Internet protocol address, pages visited, and average time spent on our Site. This information may be used, for example, to alert you to software compatibility issues, or it may be analyzed to improve our Web design and functionality. “Cookies” are alphanumeric identifiers in the form of text files that are inserted and stored by your Web browser on your computer’s hard drive. Graffito may set and access cookies on your computer to track and store preferential information about you. None of this information is shared or viewed and only used to improve site performance.

Your data may be deleted at your request

You control your data. You may delete any portion or all of it at any time. When you request us to deactivate and delete your account for the Service, all data associated with your account will be removed from our primary production servers permanently and future access will not be possible. Portions of the data derived from uploading your statements, such as merchant names, may remain on our production servers indefinitely. We also reserve the right to use any aggregated or anonymous data derived from or incorporating your personal information.

Email communication from us

We may provide our registered customers with email alerts about their accounts and allow users to subscribe to email newsletters and from time to time. All registered users have the ability to opt-out of receiving any regular email as a part of the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your user ID and password safe and confidential

Each registered user is responsible for maintaining the security of his/her username and password. Under no circumstances shall the username and password be shared with any third party. We cannot be responsible if someone else accesses your account through Registration Information they have obtained from you or through a violation by you of this Privacy Policy.
